Substi-Cat

My friend Senja is allergic to cats, and her x has custody of her kitties... She misses them, so I made her substi-cat!!! The super non-allergic cat thing. Perfect for anyone missing that feline squeeze. I have two cats of my own so I know how much kitties mean to someone, and I just thought maybe this would cheer her up. I haven't given it to her yet, so I have no idea how she'ss like it. It was also my first time making a toy with a sewing machine. The tag was design with teemu, and he made the logo. Enjoy!

Well here are some character sketches from the character in the previous post, since I got inspired and then more inspired. I think she would be really fun to play around with to practice some old style toons... So there you might get to see more of her, or then not, I dunno yet. The reason Jack Baur popped up in there is cause I happened to catch an episode of 24 with Mia Kirshner in it at the same time I was drawing it and just couldn't resist...

Busy busy busy

Here's something that's been twirling in my head since the last image I posted... I'm really happy with the mood. And it's been a while since I've painted any backgrounds with painter so it was fun to do. I've been so busy lately that I haven't done anything with my blog, for this I am sorry, hope this tidbit excites you enough to not give up on me completely.
